Refund Policy
We'd rather you learn something than feel stuck with a purchase that isn't for you. This page explains when we'll refund the "Probability for Game Designers" course and ebook, and how to ask.
The 14-day promise
If the course isn't what you hoped, tell us within 14 days of your access being switched on and we'll refund what you paid — $130 for Course + Ebook, or $180 for the Course + Ebook + Worksheet Bundle. You don't need a dramatic reason; "it's not the right fit" is enough.
How to request one
- Email [email protected] from the address you enrolled with.
- Tell us the plan you bought and the rough date you got access.
- A person replies within a couple of working days to confirm and start the refund.
Refunds go back to the same method you used to pay. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within five to ten working days after we send it.
A note on digital access
Because the course, ebook and worksheets are digital and available straight away, EU consumer rules let a seller ask you to acknowledge that starting the download can affect the standard 14-day withdrawal right. Our promise above is deliberately more generous: we honour the 14 days from activation regardless, as long as the request is made in good faith.
After 14 days
Past the two-week window we generally don't refund, since access is lifetime and you've had time to explore every module. If something genuinely went wrong — a file wouldn't open, access never arrived — write to us anyway. We fix problems first and talk money second.
Transfers
Access is personal, but if your studio bought a seat and the learner leaves, we're happy to reassign it to a colleague once during the lifetime of the enrollment. Just ask.
